Apparently, he has one of those same vending machines that the Kremlin has. You know, one of those "make-a-medal" things so that you can commemorate "blowing your nose without getting boogers on your uniform", then the ever popular "I've learned to piss in the toilet without hitting the rim" circle with 6 red arrows around the circle/bowl. Accentuated by wearing it endearingly over one's heart.

And all that gold braid, well, that just comes out of a machine similar to those 'cotton-candy' machines. Every dictator has to have at least two of those. Always one on back-up or 'stand-by' mode in case there's a camera around. Forget the make-up... bring out the polish and buffers.

I remember hearing a news report about him having plastic surgery. They took fat from his buttocks and injected it into his face and lips. I'm pretty sure the surgeon(s) are now dead for giving him an ass face.
