We are getting ready to change the site over to the new servers and system
With all the changes and upgrades we are doing, we have to move servers in a big way. We have enough domains and such that we prepositioned some to help swap things over quicker but it does change the .com, .net, info stuff that will be a bit of a headache
The main thing you will see is the email system, we will swap it back and forth which will create hiccups in the email system as it transitions from server to server.
The changes take as long as your ISP does to cycle the internet through their system. In other words, some people will be up and running faster than others. I get it's a hassle, clear this, reset that, restart it all over again just to visit a web page sucks ass.
We will do our best to minimize the headache on your end, but hiccups will appear, no question some users will find it inconvenient. Hate it, but in the long run, we are upgrading and future-proofing a lot of the system behind the scenes to better run the site.
Nobody's account will be affected, only system and process stuff like the email notifications will not work until the cycle is complete. You won't get dropped, lose post counts, etc, all that is good to go and backed up.
Expect a shock to the system, will last about 3 days for everything to cycle through, most likely shorter but know it will break.
