Yeah I've had several of them before, and had 1 Robusto left in the humi. Mostly smoke standard melanio, but that one has been resting for over a year. It was super good.Lol. Told you so.Those Melania Maduros are a nice smoking cigar...
It must be nice to live a life of luxury. Constant mountains, rifles, and cigars.
Wow, you are stocked. I've never had either of those.Big fan of the Dirty Rats myself. I also like the Feral Flying Pigs but I think those have been discontinued..

Very nice. I tried a 5 pack of the herrera esteli once and they were terrible. No flavor and wouldn't stay lit. Maybe a bad batch.Lol old picture my friend. I use to have a wine fridge that I converted into a humidor. It was nice to have but humidity was really hard to maintain unless I kept it completely full. I don’t smoke nearly as much as I use to so I simplified my stock with a standard 100 count humidor. I’m almost tempted to buy another 100 count tho cuz I’m always overfilling now

When I lived in eastern Washington keeping my cigars happy was a lot of work.Nice! I've been toying with getting an electric humidor due to the low humidity out here...

I also had some AJ Fernandez New World Maduros that were supposed to be great. They were super harsh, washed out flavor and wouldn't burn.It sucks when you get a bad batch like that. I enjoy the Herrera esteli. I think the Brazilian Maduro with the blue label is better
If you get a chance try one again. Usually if I tried a cigar that I did not like I will try again in the future. That way I find out if it was just a bad cigar or if I really just don’t like the profile.
I had an LFD Ligero that I couldn’t stand. Tried again a year later and fell in love with it. Now it’s a go to if I want a strong cigar
So how often do you all smoke? I smoke on the weekends, usually 1 or 2 per weekend.

There's more old cigar smokers than there are old doctors. I think I'll burn one tonight.Varies for me. Typically 1-2 a week. But sometimes I’ll go several weeks or even months without one. Just depends on how busy life gets and if I’m in the mood for one.
I had a doctor visit once and said I smoked cigars occasionally. She went on about how bad it is and how addictive it could be. I remember sitting there and realizing while she was rambling that I hadn’t had one in 3 months. Made me chuckle a bit about the addictive part of it
Varies for me...usually I go through phases where I'll smoke a cigar a day for a week or two.....then I won't smoke one for 3 months. So how often do you all smoke? I smoke on the weekends, usually 1 or 2 per weekend.
How was that one
Super slow burn. 2 hours. Mild light flavor. Smoke output low to medium. Flavor good, but nothing greatHow was that one
Looks like a pretty large ring gauge. I tend to stick with the smaller gauges. I feel like I get a better burn and flavorSuper slow burn. 2 hours. Mild light flavor. Smoke output low to medium. Flavor good, but nothing great
Same here. This was a 52 or 54. I prefer 50 max, really like 44-48Looks like a pretty large ring gauge. I tend to stick with the smaller gauges. I feel like I get a better burn and flavor

Trying out the AB Project 40 today. Flavor is good but it’s a lightweight with the nic. I have nicotine tablets from Wal Mart that have more punch. But it is tasty. Good burn too.
From the first light it had a background note of English tobaccos. Not at all strong but it’s there and if you have smoked Dunhill’s tobaccos you’ll notice it. Top notes of nuttiness and leather. I rushed it once and it became bitter/ astringent. Slowed down it went back to being exactly the same as above. Steady Eddy. Needs more smoke, wasn’t a whole lot. I’ll buy more and let them sit to see how they age. Cheap enough to not go broke on and novices that come over would enjoy them. What's the flavor like?
Quite often they can be quite good initially then get a bit sick when aging until after some time and waiting they become glorious!Just got these in, probably will need to age them for a bit but start sampling in a month. My self control is not always at a high in terms of waiting.

You sorry joker. Now I've gotta smoke one tonight
You sir, have excellent taste! I’ll be sacrificing one (or all) of these to the smoke gods this weekend!
There’s a few quite good ones in the line. What are those aging rooms like?

Not sure if I can squeeze in 3 hours for that Opus A.![]()
I am a sucker for all things Arturo Fuente! My local shop knows this and I always get a call when something unique comes in. It's about that time actually!I had a opus boom stick earlier this year
Fantastic cigar as are those AF’s.
I’m a big fan of the Anejo’s!I am a sucker for all things Arturo Fuente! My local shop knows this and I always get a call when something unique comes in. It's about that time actually!Worst thing that ever happened to me was visiting Casa Fuente in Vegas
On my aching wallet!

Royal robusto are awesome as are HU #2 and #2 & #4Not familiar with that Cohiba but I bet Ravi can hook me up!Honestly my favorite ISOMs are the H. Upmanns. Royal Robusto, Connie "A", even the half coronas.
Right on! This Masterpiece Maduro has been resting for a few years....I love the AF cigars. Big fan of the Hemingway line
Illusione, with some hens that are taking over my shop.
Wife ruined those birds a long time ago. At least they shit outside, must be smarter than I thought. They are beggars though, relentless.Gotta rein those birds in. Next thing you know you'll have bird shit everywhere, hidden nests, rogue night roosts and beggars underfoot. Not good for cigar smoking at all.
