Civilaian ranges around Ft Bragg???

One of my shootin' buds will be doing some contract work at Bragg for about 5 months. He was hoping to find a place to shoot rifles while there.

Does Ft Bragg have a civilian range (like Ft Benning used to, English range) he could shoot at. Are there any decent public ranges in the area that you would recommend?

there is a range in spring lake, about 10 miles or so away called range 37 a little pricy but a nice place to leave some lead

Seem to remember Guns Plus on Bragg Blvd had an indoor short range.

That place was there in the 80s when I was stationed there.

McKellars on post you can shoot rifle and pistol. I think its 9really bucks to shoot the whole day. That or range 37 in bunnlevel. A lot of private ranges also but not worth it for 5 months.
