Now for Mister Bundy. Bundy had a federal grazing permit to graze on BLM administered public lands, these lands before the existence of BLM were in the Department of the Interiors charge and before the DOI was formed in 1849 the Feds got the land after a little spat called the war with Mexico. Nevada became a state in 1864 I believe. The lands were in Feds hand before Nevada was a State and were bought and paid for by the blood of federal troops.


Guess this is supposed to override the 10th amendment. Nevada is a sovereign state now. Bundy wants to pay the state. Not the fed.

I travel in China, its right out of Dante's inferno with the pollution, its hard to describe how bad it is there, you cant tell by pictures or TV, you have to see it yourself, you can see a yellow/brownish layer in the atmosphere up to about 25k feet when flying out of there. I work in the oil industry, have done so for 25 years now so I have seen the regulations come about here in the US and in Europe, I also get to visit places that have no regulation today. The global warming religion is a bunch of BS, man has little to no effect on the earth but man is dangerous to man on a local/regional basis wit uncontrolled pollution. Some if not most of our regulations on the environment are insane, they are used to benefit one constituent group or another, but all of them are used by the politicians for people control. The ones that do make sense have to do with emissions, scrubbers, etc etc. The ethanol mandates are crazy bad, good for energy diversity and security but nothing else. It takes 1.3 gallons of diesel to make 1 gallon of ethanol, It drives up the price of foods in a big way, all food not just corn. Hopefully some day in my lifetime we will invent another source of energy that has less impact, but if not for oil; the earth population would be half of what it is today.

Sorry for getting off track here, lets get back to cows , cowboys and tyranny.

The Chinese didn't come over here and take our jobs... all your great "manufacturers" and business executives did it. And as has been proven in China, once companies like apple and all your other "manufacturers" start having to pay anything like not slave wages or treat their workers as anything other than prison labor, their costs go up a few pennies and they find a new place / company to continue their evil (take a look at why Pegatron got the iPhone 5c contract instead of Foxcon).

Sure, but by all means go ahead and try, it will be fun when you finally find out who really runs the country regardless of what letter any public "leader" has in Parenthesis in front of their name.

I wouldn't worry about China, eventually just like in this country, the population will become rich enough that they will decide they don't want them and their children to die of local pollution and they will decide to clean up their act.... then the corporations will just move to the next country where people are too poor to care and the government too corrupt to be interested & start the cycle all over again.

Some of us who actually care about the environment can still remember the days before the carbon cultists and the anti humanists took over, but apparently now it is fine to actually make the world's environment worse overall, to promote a pol-pot style agenda, while making sure to keep the poor, poorer so they can be exploited to make the rich, richer, and the puppets who love to play in charge, feel more powerful.

Within a couple decades the whole world could enjoy a quality of lifestyle to rival the best in the USA, while having a clean beautiful environment all over the planet & respecting people's unique status on the earth & a wonderful repopulation of vanishing wildlife & the ability to adapt to planetary changes as they happen over cycles of thousands of years, but it won't happen because it would mean less wealth and power for the few... So yes continue with hugely expensive, impractical toxic (but politically correct) technology & move things around so they are not in your back yard & use more "environmental regulations" to squash anyone not in favour with the big boys, as they drive you further and further into poverty and control.

I recall that maybe Charles the First lost his reign and head for taking the commons. Nevada et al were supposed to get all unclaimed lands when they joined the union. In fairness, they had one of the guys at that ranch on the news and he said that most of the cops weren't pointing guns and he didn't get the impression that they would have done anything even if ordered to do so so.. But we all know that there are also those cops who were filing their bullets and their fingertips and on the verge of an orgasm on the thought of shooting some of these ranchers though hopefully their leaders recognize these types and put them in the rear serving doughnuts or something, but you never know. This is after-all coming from the same people who brought you hits such as Waco and Ruby Ridge so... I think the take away point however, is that it seems like from what I've seen at least the ranchers were never in danger of getting actually shot at but not because the higher ups wanted that but because the cops there seemed to agree with the ranchers position.

BLM LE does work on the border. Mandatory details for Rangers every year. Even the ones in Alaska. Google Operation ROAM and Operation Trident. They do a lot of good stuff for the American People when management leaves them the fuck alone.
