Gunsmithing CNC machine to inlett an HS Precision Stock for PT&G DBM?

I love to see people who do their own stuff like me. But if you cant do your own sending it to people like Chad that have a good reputation and quality work is the only way to go. And dont even bat an eye at the price, its way low for what it takes. All the gunsmithing they do is much cheaper than what I think it should cost. I dont do any guns other than mine and friends because the other machine work I do pays better. But there is nothing better than tinkering on your own guns.

Had one done by them in January, took about 12 days turnaround time and it works perfectly.

I'm considering doing this so I can try to keep one gun somewhat lightweight for hunting. I don't want my 5r to end up another 15lb rifle so I figure if I use the factory stock and have the barrel cut down to 18", it should cut down on the weight quite a bit.

When you surface machine bed a HS do you need to send the whole weapon or are all stocks cut the same? What if you have HS bottom metal already installed?
Thanks Scot
