So took out my 6.5 creedmoor today for the second time. After breaking it in and everything the first time i brought it back home and cleaned it. knowing that i figured my first shot today on a clean bore prob wasnt going to be in the middle of my groupe (which it wasnt). It was 4 in high and 4 in left but after the bore got fouled my group tighten back up. I then let the barrel cool, on the first shot again 4 in left and 4 in high. I thought that this was a clean bore issue but I guess it is a cold bore issue. What do I do to remedy this problem?
The day did finish well this orange target is my first trip out to 300 with this rifle and really with any rifle on a range and not just deer hunting.
The other picture (white target) is from when I decided to make sure my scope was tracking backed it down from 300 to 200 and was very happy with the results.
