Sidearms & Scatterguns Colt Mk IV Series 80

Sorry, no pictures (yet). I'm picking up a Colt MK IV series 80 Officers model this evening. The gun has been carried a decent amount and has some finish wear on the slide, but everything seems tight and functional. I'm picking it up for $400.00. I dont know a ton about them, but there has to be good value there right? I'm thinking if its stamped "Colt" and goes bang it has to be worth that?

Try looking on Gunbroker and think about 75-80% of the best prices depending upon condition.

should be a pretty good buy at that price,it would be in the $500-$600 range in my area just because it said colt on it...

Jesse, yes that's a very good deal on the Colt . I just sold mine today at a local G/S today for 825.00 If you are interested I have 9-10 NIW Wilson 47D 7rd. 45acp stainless steel mags up for sale now for 180.00 if you are interested. Don't mean to hijack your post just extending you an offer before they go on mainline. Congrats on your purchase.
