Order on June 13, charged on 15th, here we are on June 24th and order hasn't shipped?
Email to them last week has gone unanswered..

Their shipping times are running a bit slow due to so many orders coming in. Trust me they are working as fast as they can and are identifying ways to reduce shipping times.

They will get it out to you ASAP.
