cz550 varm-lam 308

Is it OK to shoot 7,62 NATO ammo in this rifle? Any advice on cleaning/maintaining the stock? Thanks a lot.-

I shoot both 7.62 nato and 308 through my rifles. Supposedly 308 has a higher chamber pressure.
