Bandit is trying to help the corn out tonight. We’ve had just over an inch of rain since the end of May.
Last Friday evening’s sunset over the CO plains.
Earlier that day, Clear Creek Canyon a few miles above Golden, headed to pick my kid up from camp.
Rapid is Rigor Mortis. Class V, last of the 3 on the Black Rock section.
Not that hard in a kayak if everything goes according to plan.

I know this is not photoshopped and is a screengrab of a video. I just can't get over the fact that the hammer is back while the gun is still in full recoil. Unless his name is Miculek?
I never noticed that before. I had to go back and look at the video to see what happened. Looks like he almost squeezed off another shot due to the recoil. I'm glad that didn't happen because he locked his elbows and lost his support hand grip during the recoil impulse.
