Data cards and solvers

Re: Data cards and solvers

I enjoy the simplicity of the FDAC as well as the idea and concept was designed by US Marine Snipers.

Not to mention are good guys!

The FDAC is fast and easy to get your answer as well.

Re: Data cards and solvers

If you're looking for a tool that produces an incredibly accurate firing solution, and the method used to find the firing solution is very quick and intuitive, look to the FDAC. We designed it to be used quickly, under stress, by novice and master level shooters alike and produce firing solutions that are equivalent with the most sophisticated ballistic software programs in use today.

The FDAC will be completely customizable very soon, in addition to an enormous library of available inserts. We've done our homework, we've tested our product extensively, and its design is based on a true, first hand understanding of the needs and mindset of a military sniper.

We gave back to our family, our community, our lineage. We've donated thousands upon thousands of dollars of product to Marines, Soldiers, and Sailors that have the balls to shoulder a rucksack and sleep in the dirt and drink warm water for a living.

Both products are very accurate, though (NO SHIT, HONEST TO GOD) I've never held our competitors product in front of me. Our product excels in its simplicity and practicality. But I have a biased opinion...so take it for what its worth

Ian Kenney "Trigger Monkey" put together a pretty nice review as well: FDAC Review

Re: Data cards and solvers

I have several Whiz Wheels and they are excellent. Custom made to my gun/load. Great guys to deal with who also a lot of product in the hands of military shooters. As Nomad said, the FDAC cards are also very nice....I like that they show the drops for multiple yardage at one time. Either would serve you well. I chose the WW because I could match it to my loads and not just .308, 300WM or 338 Lapua available on FDAC cards at that time. That has changed now and they have many offerings and I think they will do custom cards also.

Edited...they will do custom cards, post above beat me.

Re: Data cards and solvers

I'm new to long range precision shooting and totally sold on the idea behind the FDAC. Let's me concentrate on fundamentals and less trying to do the math in my head (I suck at math!).

I just ordered a chrono today so I can develop a load that matches the FPS on the FDAC cards for my 338 LM.
