Night Vision DBAL-A2 / PEQ-15A

Anyone have a source for the o-rings on the illuminator body? Mine are shot and in need of replacement, but they are some odd non-standard size. I don’t see them in the rebuild kit or the spare parts list in the tech manual. They are .040 thick and about .490 ID.
