The dumber the sheeple are, the easier they are to control.

This is going to raise the inflation for the value of having a HS diploma. There was a time when if someone had a HS diploma there was an expectation that they knew/had basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills and would/could be hired by a potential employer over someone who didn't have a HS diploma. In the future having a HS diploma isn't going to mean shit to a potential employer because they won't know if it was just a participation trophy or if the person really knows what a person who graduated from HS should know. I suspect employers will come out with some sort of standardized dummy test to quickly weed out the dummies from people who actually did more than just show up for HS. So, they can hand out all the free HS diplomas they want to minorities that doesn't mean they are going to just automatically get jobs and be a productive citizen.
