Now, now Nick........ if we are going to start calling out poor grammar and such, let us reflect on the fact that "lol" is not in the dictionary.
Think of it this way. Where was that Quicken trust wrote? Was it in your state? Did you supply all of your state requirements to Quicken and then print it out?
Quicken is written very broadly and you fill in your basic information. There is nothing basic about this process, you are in possession of federally regulated items.
I would rather be specific and pay the money now then be found with an invalid trust that will certainly cause you a lot more issues then $600.00 spent earlier.
I don't know where it was written, but one of the first if not the first question I answered before the trust was even started was what State and County I lived in.
Go find that 2003 edition we all used here in town, IT DOES NOT HAVE IT. I paid for the program and it was not part of adding in the information it requested.
I had my local lawyer that handles our company litigation look it over. He said he wouldn't put that much risk on a Quicken trust.
I don't really care as this debate will go on and on. I went the lawyer route because I felt more secure with it. The end!
You asked.. I was just answering your question not debating or arguing you, I don't really care what the 2003 edition says. I don't care that you or anyone else used a lawyer or Quicken or wrote the shit themselves. I just stated my experience with Quicken.

It is in the version I have,.. I can not remember if my copy is 2006 or 2007 but it was one of the first questions you had to answer.
Careful your in the "Quicken lynch mob" now...haha
I'm not out to lynch anyone,. personally, like you I do not care who or what anyone uses to make a valid trust. I felt that was useful information for anyone looking to use that software.
Never understood why people feel the need to bash the shit out of each other about this.
