(((target size in inches)/36)x1000/mils) = range in yards

OR

(target size in yards x 1000)/mils = range in yards

OR

(target size in meters x 1000)/mils = range in meters

If <span style="font-style: italic">my</span> formula was identical to the second formula, it would BE the second formula...but its not. After rearranging the second formula into another formula, it became <span style="font-style: italic">my</span> formula.
