Like the title says, I would like to know the difference between M-16 and AR-15 bolt carrier groups?

Also, what would you guys recommend for a high quality BCG?!

I also noticed that Young's Manufacturing offers a "lightened" BCG.
What are the advantages to this?

Thanks!

If you run a lighter BCG lock time is reduced, some say a M16 carrier and\or a carrier wieght increases lock time which should make the weapon more accurite.
