Lol, that may be obvious, but at what level does it matter? Does jamming a bullet straighten it out in the case neck? Given the fact that actual bullet dia is a half thou under barrel dia and most chambers have a leade in, could a bullet be off more than .005" after chambering?The reason concentricity matters is if the projectile isn't inline with the centerline axis of the bore it will enter the bore cockeyed and exit the same way. Think of a wounded duck football flying through the air as opposed to a tight spiral.
