Got a .233 16" inch installed. Took it out yesterday and it seems way overgassed. Played with the gas adjustment but not sure I completely understand how it works. I'm used to standard adjustable gas blocks. Going to get with them next week and see if I can sort it out.

Sorry OP, no idea who the AGB works, but I cannot imagine it is that much different than the JP design they were using a few years ago.

For any Dracos/Teludyne Tech owner though I'd be very curious to hear how barrel life ends up for you folks. Been told 5x, that sounds extreme, want to see how it plays out.

Still the same steel as any quality barrel. If it stays cooler you should have better barrel life. Exact life span would depend how hot you let a conventional barrel get vs this barrel. No matter the design the throat is going to wear.

I've had one for a couple months now but haven't shot it yet. I too am interested in how the adjustable gas system is going to work. It's integrated into the barrel should be interesting. And yes for the price I paid the lifetime warranty is nice...as long as dracos stays in business

Mocked the build up today with the Dracos Barrel to see how everything looks. I love the looks, now I hope to see results. 6.5 Creedmoor1.jpg

I saw MAC prarie dog shoot on it where he mag dumped then stuck his finger in the chamber with no issue, and am pretty amazed.
I just don't get it how it could be that effective at dissipating heat?
