Drones swarm Northern Colorado

Hi,

LOLOLOL IF the .gov/.abc wanted to do some bad shit with a UAV swarm...guess what????

1. You would not see them nor would you hear them no matter how close they are to your window/home/car/house/farm/town/county/state.
2. UAVs are not the "spying" on public go to tool....that would be satellites and local cctv sytems.

So much can be going on with the T&E program of the drone swarm going on right now in CO that there is not enough space on this forum to discuss the possibilities.

Sincerely,
Theis

Likely true. But then it must also be true, that the Gov would know who sent them, from where and why. In about 5 seconds.

Just because they know, doesn't mean they have to tell.

Lets start with everyone it definitely isn't. Then we can move on to everyone it "probably is not." Next to whom it might not be......

Shoot one down, if its anything important, you will be in jail and gag ordered on the subject. Its not like shooting one down establishes that whom ever owns it must now tell you what they are doing. More likely the only information you will gain, is that what you did was illegal and is going to cost you.

Link to the reports please. Then "we" will have reports. Right now, you have reports.
My reports are only neighbors friends and whom I trust more than the media. For all I know they are controlled by Gov. Polis and his anal empire. Perhaps they are going to blast us rednecks with rainbow lasers to make us more accepting of the ways of the butt fuckers. Cover your ass boyz.

For all I know these people couldn't hit their ass with both hands. Hundreds is certainly more interesting than 30. Things tend to get sensationalized.

Two Butte's Mountain is about 300ft high. I can see it from Sheridan Lake in the day time 70 or some miles away. Put a spot light on top of it at night, everyone for hundreds of miles would see it.

Lots of guessing and speculating, even with the media reports. For example, several media sources say 6-foot drones, and flying at 200 to 300-ft AGL. This is a big guess on their part. An object flying in the sky, in the dark, with lights cannot have data extropulated or be accurately identified without certain other factors established. For example, has anyone acquired or designated said drones with Radar or Laser? Is there some reference data, for example said drones hovers next to an object of known size, which can fairly accurately determine the size of said drones? None of this has occurred, and so far it's a speculation on their size and altitude they are flying at.

Exactly, but watching all the freakout is entertaining. No way in hell these are that big but a few bubbas claim it so everyone runs with it. This seems like the new crop circle, get people really freaked out for fun.

This. And that’s what makes it scary. It gives someone, the gov, abc agencies etc. way too much power imo. I mean the 2A might as well be obsolete. No, I don’t want to get rid of it, but truth be told, if they want to get rid of a problem these days, it’s easily done, without boots on the ground, hence the reason you know the governments of the world need people like Lil Kim in NK. If they truly wanted anyone gone today it would be very easy to do and that’s a scary thought. In fact, it’s getting easier by the day. Let that sink in.

You do realize that hovering/loitering eats up batteries fairly quickly, right?

They're probably testing out some algorithms (like the honey bee decaying pheromone algorithm they were testing a few years back)...

Everyone should convine at the local WalMart store, purchase an attack drone and baling wire their 10-22 to it. The hard part comes when you are waiting in your converted duck blind for the 30 big drones to show up, Don't forget the CCI stingers while you're at Wallyworld.

Do not think that this is not happening. ? rednecks do have a way!

They are alien abduction drones. Very common here. Lots of missing people. Much less obvious there regular abduction spacecraft . Dam where y’all been?

Was this you ?

Mine is not that fast and doesn't have that much range. My wife does have video of mine hitting a tree, tumbling, recovering, hitting another tree, hitting the driveway upright, bouncing off the bottom of the truck bumper, then landing upside down. When it does that, all 4 corner lights flash red. Lol

Needless to say, I have a bit of learning ahead of me. I did manage to fly it at the range on Sunday without crashing. That was a first.

My guesses.

1. Gas company mapping or looking for gas leaks. Less visibility at night so less interference. Less flights at night so safer. Just less activity at night so less interference/public nuisance.

2. Drone company testing drones and a particular application to fly many drones in formation for likely mapping. With possible search and rescue operations. Imagine several hundred of these scanning the ocean for a life raft or survivor and how much more efficient this would be. The costs would likely be less than just one rescue helicopter searching.

Nefarious? No way! There's too many other places to hide under the radar for nefarious purposes. Publicity stunt? Maybe. If not, better make it one.

If the FAA has been working on this rule change for over a year, as reported, what are the odds these swarms are happening now in order to rally support for the rule change?

Poorly written. It's five counties not five states. And while the "expert" may be one of the only licensed to fly drones at night, it's only because he has a "commercial" license. Non licensed drone pilots are NOT prohibited from flying at night. Only licensed pilots are prohibited. You have to be licensed to do 'professional' drone work. Technically a realtor using drones to take pictures of his properties needs to be commercially licensed by the FAA. It's not hard nor expensive BTW. Nor does it make you any kind of expert. Although I assume this "expert" does and it's the reporter reporting out of context. Surprise.

I have not seen one, yet, as I have been inside with the flu, and yes I did get the shot for what that was worth.
If this shit continues I plan to go watching for them as I would like to see this phenomenon.
I did talk to one of my neighbors by the Washington Co. farm and he has seen them a couple of times and has them on video camera but told me they don't show up too well but he and his wife have both seen them. He is a straight up guy and tells no lies so I believe they are here in fact.

There are far too many sightings by LEOs and others for it not to be that something is going on and some video of them also, and it covers a rather wide area. Too many sightings by very reputable people for it to be Bullshit.

Whoever is doing it has got to have some $$$ to put that many in the air for extended periods of time and how far they fly in their grid searches.

Personally, I think it is either Oil exploration or maybe USGS mapping??? with new tech. I doubt it is Fish and Game.

These things have to come down sometime when they run low on fuel and I hope LEO is "On it like Blue Bonnet" when that happens, then maybe we will get some answers, but who knows? maybe they can fly far away, lights out, low to the ground, out of Radar, far away, to their home base many miles away? and we will never know.

Govt. is not telling us the truth comes to mind also.

I will go "gopng" with all of the information I can glean from all sources I find and try to set things straight as I think they should be.
Does that answer your question Greg?
Thanks for adding to my vocabulary, now I have to figure out what the fuck that word means. Maybe Veer can help.

I don't see anything in any story to substantiate "hundreds of drones." 5 counties, 30 drones each is 150. Nothing said they were all at the same time. Do you have something that said that? Or are we dealing with indeterminate numbers, and speculation from an article lacking in any details?

There’s thousands of them! and they’ve moved into Morgan Country! They got Frank pinned down at the firing range! He needs backup right away! Word has it, Frank’s taken out several hundred already with just 3 properly placed shots using WTF.

If it is something with gov, then my guess is that they are testing ways to mitigate/defeat drone threats and possible drone attacks.

Could be done inside or in a more controlled environment but at some point you need to test your tech in the field.

Just a matter of time before a drone is used in a more nefarious manner within the US borders. We are likely very ill prepared/equipped to deal with this threat. Especially on more local levels...

I agree with you 100%. Also, I think the FAA is so overwhelmed, and undermanned, that unless a drone crashes into something, or causes havoc with other aviation sectors, they are unlikely, or never will get involved.

True, I work in the Aviation industry, and they have so many issues going on at any given time. Drones flying around in BF Egypt, outside their controlled airspace is not on the top of their priority list.

I don't consider this BF Egypt, just sparsely populated?
