I bought a used rotating Thumbler mdl B in the mid-70s and it still is running. I started with walnut and corn cob media and now use ceramic media to clean cartridges cases that were used with black powder loads.

The system works well.

I may try the stainless media for my smokeless loads in my Thumbler. I currently use walnut in a vibratory tumbler for my smokeless loads. The question: what size stainless media is best? i

We are tumbling brass not shotgun hulls?

Never had a piece left in a case if that is what you mean!

Only time I have had a pices stuck is in the Flash hole but its nothing a paper clip wont push out. But I will not switch back to my old ways. Stainless steel media is the only way for me. But I know there are lots of other methods liked by others. Nothing wrong with them. I just prefer the stainless.
