Have a vortex strike eagle 1×6 lpvo sitting around and had a idea. Will it hold up to a modern muzzleloader recoil. I shoot no further than 100ish yards mostly 60yards and closer. Just an idea i had while in the stand this morning if it will work

Not so fast...

That's literally like one of the easiest LPVOs to break on the market 🤣

Guys teaching carbine classes tell students to not bring one on their rifles. I see SEs break every year at our 3 day 3 Gun match. Its not a good optic from Vortex. It's almost as bad as the Gen I PST.

Hold up to a muzzle loader? Maybe. But I'd rather have just about anything else. If you have it, run it. For your uses, it may be just fine. But if it was a hunt, I wouldn't trust it.

Tyvm and good to know i will go a different route but try it at the same time. If it breaks will warranty it and put back on the shelf
