Emergency Management Experience ? Job Posting

This isn't a bad gig for someone that can tolerate working with liberal Academics <grin>. IIRC Madison has it set up as a Civilian Management position within the Police Department. The past managers have come from fire service... having been a Chief in the UW System we all worked closely with this office and I think a LE or Mil person with experience/training would be received very well.
