Entry level Stock?

I am looking to replace the factory stock on my Remington 700 24" heavy barrel 308. I am looking at 3 budget entry level stocks.
The Krg Bravo, Grayboe Ridgeback, and MC3 The Legend BDL.
I am leaning towards either the MC3 or the Grayboe.
Anyone own any of these, or have seen them up close? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

KRG over the other two by a mile. I prefer the X-Ray over the Bravo.

I have a couple of Bravos, and they are great chassis' for the price.

You won't confuse it for a top tier chassis, but they are priced right and have lots of accessories available from KRG to really "dress" them up as you please.

KRG Bravo.

Not only is it good, but it’s configurable, so if you go bananas kitting it out with weights and stuff you’ll be able to flip that stuff down the road as there’s like a million of them out there.

I like them quite a bit, but I don't care for them as the recoil impulse increases. I'm not talking heavy recoil, I'm talking 7-08 with 162's and .308 with 168's, I found them a bit distracting, not terrible and it may be the way my face is built.
I bought my son an oryx for a savage .308 and I really liked it.
You may want to give the oryx, field chassis and XRS a look.

The Oryx costs a bit to complete. Mine is almost $800 loaded with only MDT accessories. Adjustable buttplate, arca rail, steel stock spacer and steel bag rider, etc. Bag rider sucks, but it's weight.

You don't "need" any of that.
You would need to buy similar add one to the bravo.

I like the KRG Bravo for its configurability and price. It's not going to pass itself off as a proper fiberglass stock, but at the pricepoint it doesn't have to pretend to be anything else. And the ergonomics are quite good.

I have a Grayboe Ridgeback on one of my Vudoos, and it feels more robust - almost like a McMillan. The downside is that you don't get to play Lego with the options post-purchase, and it's about twice the price of the Bravo. Still a good value.

The MC3 stock is heavy, and your DBM choices in the BDL bottom metal footprint are limited. It's better than a factory stock, but I'd prefer one of the other two options.

Nor does it need to. The aluminum substructure gives all the rigidity necessary without the drawbacks of a fiberglass stock.

Price being no object, I still prefer a composite stock. A carbon fiber shell filled with foam is an excellent recipe. Price is frequently an object, and the Bravo is a great choice for those cases. It's nice enough that I just dropped a Volquartsen Summit barreled action into one without feeling like the stock was inadequate for the task.

My biggest complaint with the Bravo is that the M-loc slots are formed in the plastic skin, and at some point those are at risk of getting pulled out if used rigorously. Most shooters are at no risk of this becoming a concern. I'd also like to see some standoffs between the skin and bottom surface of the aluminum chassis to prevent distortion of the skin when tightening the attachment screws to the recommended value. Minor complaints, considering the value proposition.
