This looks like an Elastic issue. Your instance is either down or non reachable. The latter doesn't seem likely.

The database that elasticpath references to find content matching the search query. If you use search right now the result set is extremely limited. It appears to be rebuilding the index right now, albeit very slowly.

I saw this error this morning. I didn't realize Elasticsearch was being used in the backend. Is it just for indexing data for fast search queries?

I am away with limited access working the range, I sent an email last night but they do this over long weekends

We’ll fix it just give us a minute, the dashboard doesn’t look like you are seeing much but not sure how it logged you in ?
