You running 130g Prime?
Your PRIME numbers are SLOW.
My average for PRIME is 2860 (multiple 10 round strings). Your ES and SD are close to mine though. Wonder why your velocity is so low.
Your Hornady 140 grain is about what I measured
All barrels are not created equal especially factory hammer forged barrels. Plus atmospheric conditions and elevation can also affect bullet speed and flight. At sea level in low humity and AP I can get 2810-2826 out of prime at 68 degrees roughly with my factory barrel. The federal gmm bergers avg 2846 with good numbers.

Mine was at 2400' and cool, data above, I plan to redo again this weekend. I plan to do 20 rounds of each to get a better sample. When I trued up the Hornady it indicated my Chrono data was slow by 87fps, I had to increase the MV in the Kestrel to get the same center hit at 500y, from 2688(at the data above) to 2775 at Coalinga (0') and Avenal (900').
I will also take a picture of the MS attached to my barrel, I fully admit I may have introduced errors if I didn't mount it properly.
It would take a lot of altitude difference to account for a 6% shift in MV. I will run a calculation to convince myself of that. At any rate, my MVs are at 100 feet altitude. I could see if I were at 10K altitude and he was at sea level. I have shot and recorded data on PRIME and Hornady from 40 degrees to 80 degrees and did not see a huge shift in values. Moreover, his measurements of Hornady were close to mine. Therefore, it rules out atmospherics and barrel unless he shot the different ammo out of a different stick and location...right?
As far as your FGMM numbers, they look like it is worth giving them a try. Do you get good results consistently?
Yes out of my factory barrel they shoot great. Groups 10 inches and less at 1000 yards in changing winds. They are all I prefer to shoot... until my TL3 build finishes. I have a PVA 24 inch waiting for it.
Thanks...I will buy a case to try it out. I really like the PRIME 130 grain...don't know why it works better than the Hornady 140 ELD-M but it does. It is by no means night and day but I shoot better when I use the PRIME.
What will you use for your TL3 build???
