Oh and because Newscum has banned 'cleaning up brush' and dead wood because it's not 'natural.' So after two above average rain years, it's not horribly dry. But the place is covered with tinder-dead fuel!

And... tough shit. They all voted for this. So watch your damn house burn and remember, you asked for this. Fuck off and get another boostsr.

    "They all voted for this."
I know a lot of them actually did, but I would venture that Dominion voted for this in many instances. And no telling how far back the elections have been rigged in Ca

Ok.... now I feel bad. For James Woods.

One great dude lost his home.

His niece brought her piggy bank to him to help him rebuild. Says something about his family, doesn't it?

James Woods... the one guy whose home loss I feel bad about... I know.... he can rebuild. But a lifetime of memorabilia and memories are gone. From one of the few folks in Hollywood who kept being cool.

    Sirhr
    Agreed.

And for animals and pets. Have seen a bunch on X.

There has been 4 years for it regrow before they start setting it all on fire again. I wonder if we can sue states for emissions and air quality problems when their lack Forrest maintenance resulting in all these huge fires and smoke filled skys half way across the US.
If dumping smoke on us is something we can get $$ for... Canada owes billions!

Yeah fires only get lit when Trump is about to get back in office

Definitely suspicious to have a fire of this magnitude at this time of the year.
Definitely seems highly suspect when there are high winds these things magically appear.
No matter the temp once the winds feed the fire, it’s a run away train no matter what the temp it’s its going to get hotter and yes “ Spread like Wildfire.”

5 fatalities now. 11,000 acres burned. Still '0% contained'.

Trump WARNED Newsom back in 2019 about studying up on and passing fire prevention legislation involving routine cleanups of danger zones and training more capable watch crews, first response, installing more 24/7 monitoring equipment for zones most likely to ignite, etc. Newsom did NONE of that. He pissed all federal funding from the Trump administration into woke shit and DEI, and in the meantime turned the state into a crime ridden shithole.

Edit: Correction of acres of affected area.

    It’s over 11000 acres burned now….

And Nuwscum has pissed more than that away on illegals and destroying civil liberties.

11,000 acres represents an area bigger than my hometown. And more structures.

But they’ll keep voting for him. And despite all his whining, Zuckerberg will keep funding him.

Pretty sure this is their usual fire season. The Santa Anna winds come in off the Pacific and whip things up just nasty. And remember Los Angeles is basically a desert and wouldn’t have a city there if they hadn’t stolen all the water from, well, everywhere.

Lots of good people in CA. Very sad situation. Deja Vu all over again. I fought some Malibu fires in the 80's, had a summer job with parks dept (Maint), which encompassed the MASH set, while going to college out there. I put on my uniform to get past the fire truck blockade, so I could help (foolish youth). I was on the roof in the park trying to keep things wet (impossible task). I got blown off the roof and we started to drive off and call it a loss but the wind changed, and I went back out to fight some more. Had a hard time breathing (simple scarf). Park had a 2" (or 3") hose with good water pressure. It was a fire storm, like 120 degree smoky little tornadoes. My '67 Ghia and Baja bug survived. Structures (office, horse corrals) also got spared, but the wood shed didn't make it. After the fire blew through, I tried to get all the embers near any structure. Checked in with others up and down the highway. We were very lucky that day. I also helped a family down the fwy 2 exits that had some retired thoroughbred horses, they made it too.

The MASH set over the hill burned to the ground. This was before they filmed the last episode. They had to re-write the script last minute. It was the most watched episode in TV history. (Insert Mr-Trivia Cliff Clavin pic here). This area has a rich history. Ronald Reagan owned this land, then 20th Century Fox, then the State of CA. Across the street was a different studio (Paramount). Now the Nat'l Park Service oversees it. Down the road, Bob Hope owned a ranch, now also park of the state park.

People that live in California voted for this, it is what they wanted. We should celebrate this as one more of the endless great successes of Socialism. In 2014, they voted for Prop 1 to build reservoirs to store water for firefighting and irrigation. Billions of dollars and a decade later, they have not built a single one.

Mayor Congo Bongo went to Africa to celebrate the new president of Unga Bunga and her DEI fire department has been utterly useless. Apparently 5 ft tall lesbos and cock gobblers who failed their training are less than ideal. Sadly, they have crumbling city infrastructure with more than 200 cracked barrel fire hydrants to contend with and empty water storage tanks because they are too worried about errant minnows to care about people.

Sorry, for the few decent people left in this leftist shit hole and for the needless loss of life, but this is exactly what they wanted when they voted for Gavin Newsome and Nancy Pelosi.

Awful to say but, the only thing I care about in this situation is where the now homeless stupid fucks move. I am assuming since insurance was canceled and homes burned to the ground they wont have too much excess capital to come in and inflate and infest new areas as bad as the last few years.
Coming to a town near you to vote in more worthless leftist fucks!

I hate to see anyone lose a home…but lots of west coast progressives (and FEMA employees) cheer when they see hurricane damage in the SE.

Listening to some twat radio DJ woman out of New York this am... and she can't stop braying on about all the poor souls in Los Angeles who are being affected by the fire.

That fucking cunt didn't say word one about western NC or Tn or any other Eastern state when they were devastated last fall by flooding. Not word one.

Yeah, I feel bad for the handful of folks who are good Americans who lost their homes because of leftist policies. But for 99.8 percent of that place... it's total lefty world. And pedo central. If Hollywood burns to the ground it's another win... and since LA seems to have money to send firetrucks to Ukraine, Spend billions on illegals and sue Trump for a hobby... not to mention raise millions for idiot CamelToe and her party... Let them fix it themselves.

Was there even ONE Hollywood fundraiser for the folks in Appalachia who were flooded out? Did Leonardo DiCapedo go out there and put up buildings with the Amish? Did George Cloooney-bin go and help clear roads in one of his Special Forces Costumes? Not a one of them. All they did was laugh, blame the victims for "Climate Change" and say "Well, it's Trump Country and they won't be able to vote now. Ha ha... "

Fuck them. Burn baby burn! The further into Hollywood it gets, the better chance that it cleans out the Augean stables... which need to be swept from the earth.

Agree 100000%. It does say a lot about his family that the little girl brought him the piggy bank. He was obviously heart broken; but, being James Woods he immediately said as much as he lost, it pales in comparison to people losing their lives. Truly as far as I can tell, one hell of a guy.

I'm sure there are other good folks who've lost their homes and possessions that meant a lot to them as not everybody out there is a commie. But, as has been said...they (the majority of folks) voted for this shit...reap what you sow. Go woke, go broke or worse...have nothing at all.

Scary how close this now is to being in LA proper. Maybe, just maybe, 'somebody' is trying to send a message - yet, I'm sure it will fall on deaf ears once again.
