Ah! theres your problem, looks like you were laying on an opened knife. LOL, all joking aside it should be much better. i'd retest at a shorter distance like 50 which is the same zero, and try an assortment of ammos. i used a poster board and shot at dots about the size of bottle caps. fwiw i had some ammo give me 3ft groups and most others give me .2 - .5. Also try an indoor range or a day with little to no wind before you condemn the gun. As many have said check the Inch pound tourqe on your screws, id do this before anything major like bedding. might also wanna check that your scope mount; base and rings are tight. perhaps try a gun rest vs that bag to really isolate the rifle if your not 100% confident in your shots.
Unless you have a huge scratch or dent on your crown you should be getting much better results than this
