New post here. Been reading this site for some time now. Enjoy the information. I have a NF NXS 5.5-22 X 50 with NP-R1 reticle. I was shooting at 100 yds. trying a load for my .260.
I could not get the reticle into a sharp image. I tried the eye piece but would not work. I didn't want to screw it out too far. What am I not doing?
Thanks for the help.

Re: Focusing NF scope

Did you do this:

1) Sent scope to Max X power,
2) Set parallax to infinity,
3) Point the scope at a patch of clear blue sky, adjust the ocular adjustment until the reticle is crisp and clear, once it is, look away or close your eyes.
4) Now look again, if the reticle is still crisp and clear lock the ocular in place, if not repeat the process above until the reticle is crisp and clear.
