There have been Service Rifle clinics, but I am not aware of any long range clinic. There are something like 40 odd matches at Bayou Rifles this year and many of them are on Sundays (ok, most of them.) After a long day of matches, we have to close the long range area to allow members access to the 200/300 yard line.
What you should do is try to have one of the shooters spend some time with you and teach you some stuff. I don't think it's a good idea to ask everybody, because it can get confusing since some people will have contradictory opinions. So it's better to deal with one person and learn from him or her. Try to find somebody who shoots a rifle similar to yours, or at least the same caliber and then ask specific questions. It's also recommended that you listen to the answers and try to put those things in practice.
F-class also involves equipment and handloading, especially that last part. Yes, the learning curve is somewhat steep, but everyone started somewhere and learned and adapted and it seems that I'm always learning stuff. It's part of the game.
All this to say, there is little to no chance of such a clinic in the near term.
