Join the contest SubscribeView attachment 7835407Got a nice phone call today, saying 6 of my 8 stamps were in! Earliest cash date was 6/28/21 and latest was 9/15/21 (current ones in jail are mid November and mid feb)
The good boy will be 12 this June!
I’m almost there with you. 4-9-21I officially hit the 1 year mark today since the check was cashed.........ridiculous
Was 12/30 the certified date?Applied for my first can on 12/30/21 was approved 3/25/22. Eform4. Super pumped. Ready to order another.
It’s very stupid. But that is why they say, buy them and just forget about them! After a 33 minute wait on the phone, I found out my 2 Sandman-S cans are both still pending (4/9 & 5/10 cash dates)... She looked and said that they still haven't even been assigned to an examiner. WTF! She said she wouldn't start worrying until 12-13 months. This is STUPID! How are some people already getting their stamps back in large batches, including some paper Form 4's from as recent as a few months ago, and mine have been sitting for almost a year and STILL not assigned to anyone!![]()
Is that 1/11/22?E-File form 4 - Trust
Submitted 1/11/21
Approved 3/29/22
Just received the status change email from the ATF.
Thursday will be 1 year on my 1st...I will never do a paper form again...
Hello my friend....I'm happy for you...really.... but it just continues to piss me off that those of us who submitted paper forms, because e-file was not a thing, are still sucking wind a year later in most cases.Filed 1/19. Approved today 3/30. Exactly 70 days with e-form filing.

And I am not convinced about the rational offered from, what sounds to me like, apologists for the ATF. I don't think they have any excuse for their abysmal performance and their crap could only be gotten away with in the Government where they don't have to care (and don't)
There is zero justification (IMO) for the ATF to push later filings thru to acceptence (no matter the media of the submittal) before clearing older filings (no matter the media of the submittal).
Its my view and sticking with it. LOL
But I hope to see it on your rifle in Sep when we are up your way again for round 2 of the the clinic. You will be there this time, right? No running off with wifey again? hahahaha ;-)
Cheers
And yes sir I will definitely be there this time.
I too am truly looking forward to it. Be grand to put a face to the name. And yes, you best show up for your first wedding anniversary! hahaLooking forward to finally meeting in person.
You might want to check your status, I just called and was informed that I was approved on Feb.15th. Since yours was close to mine...I’m almost there with you. 4-9-21
Just called yesterday and still pendingYou might want to check your status, I just called and was informed that I was approved on Feb.15th. Since yours was close to mine...
My dealer hasn't received the stamp yet though, but should be soon.
Edit: Approved Feb. 25th, picked up today.
That is BS. My check cashed 5 days after yours and got approved in Feb 2022.TBAC 338 ULTRA SR
Check cashed 3/12/21
Called about 3 weeks ago at essentially a year to the date since check cashed and still pending. Called again today, on hold for 38 minutes, and still pending. Coming up on a year and a month.....This is bullshit
Blows my mind how different the wait times are. This is the longest one I have ever had, most have averaged 5-7 months. That is BS. My check cashed 5 days after yours and got approved in Feb 2022.
Yeps, for $15 a set. Have done it twice for other applications.Do you guys know if Silencer Shop will send you your own digital prints they have on file?

How do you do it? Why would you need another copy if it's digital?Yeps, for $15 a set. Have done it twice for other applications.
I think I misunderstood you, sorry. They will send you paper copies of your prints on file in the correct format for other NFA items, stamps, etc. I don’t know about getting a digital copy out of them. That will probably take a call to find out.How do you do it? Why would you need another copy if it's digital?
Ok. I called and was on hold for over an hour and I finally had to go. I will try again. How do you request a paper copy?I think I misunderstood you, sorry. You can order them right on their siteDo you guys know if Silencer Shop will send you your own digital prints they have on file?

Thanks. I looked but I guess I'm just dumb. I went ahead and did the ink at my buddies already anyway. The digital ones would have helped but the paper ones don't slow down a efile form 4 at all so, it doesn't really matter. I will know for next time now though. Thanks![]()

For a fee. Yes. It’s convenient and they ship fast. Otherwise you can do it at a local sheriffs office even roll your own…Do you guys know if Silencer Shop will send you your own digital prints they have on file?
Yeah I've done it at my local police 2 times now but my buddy is a Smith and manufacturer and he made the suppressor I'm getting so I just did ink prints at his place. It just would have been easier to get digital copies to send in and have on hand for next time. It's no biggie though. For a fee. Yes. It’s convenient and they ship fast.
