I recently bought the title rifle for prairie dog hunting. I can't find additional magazines ANYWHERE. A Canadian dealer has them but won't ship to U.S.
I'm now starting to investigate modifying some other single stack .223 magazine.
The factory mags are .69" x 2.56" at the top. Any suggestions??
My first PD rifle was/is a Ruger American Varmint .223. Three years of hunting with GREAT results! Kills at 545 and 625 yds. Wanted a second gun but always like to have additional mags.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
