I recently was told by some doc on Teledoc to not use Neosporin on my infected cuticle. She said it actually holds bacteria inThe med community stopped washing any wounds with H2O2 a long time ago.
Short of it, it causes issues with the tissues and delays healing.
Soap (just good soap, not antiobiotic) and lots of clean water is the best for cleaning wounds.
An amputated and degloved leg from a crush with the rocky mountains as the anvil got 12L of washout.
Then 9L more 2 days later.
And IV antibiotics of course.

No doubt! Probably just got tired of making corrections to the helo and found out the pitch actually helped. I know a few helicopter pilots who flew for Columbia, one in particular who’s a bit of a legend that I never got the FULL story on from his brother-he mostly just does Hollywood stuff any more.
