A sign of a healthy person is one that has irrational thoughts but does not act on them.
I’ve taken two three hour long mental health tests back in the day when we had a normal country.
In one the psych said I had some of the highest scores that he had seen (which is fucking scary) and despite the work post I was requesting not being one they would send people to when they requested it, he was going to let me go.
I bet these tests have changed significantly and I doubt I would pass such a test today.
Questions that stuck out “If you were on a straight roadway and knew there was no chance of being caught by law enforcement would you speed” or “If you saw a large clear pane of glass and had a rock would you think about smashing it”.
There is only way rational sane way to answer that shit and not getting it right proves you a liar.
Three hours of that boring shit. 99% of the questions are chaff and not paying attention you will answer wrong when you come upon the wheat.
Why do you think this? NY is the one of the largest agricultural state in the country. Upstate NY is one of the greatest place I ever lived. There is endless farmland across the whole state with some of the most conservative good ole boys I've ever met.
I too used to make the mistake of thinking NY was one giant city covering a whole state....... I was hugely wrong.
An applicant for a job was getting an exam from the company psychologist.
He was asked the usual questions and given the battery of usual tests.
When it came to the Rorschach inkblot test the psychologist told the applicant; "I'm going to show you a series of images. When you see these images, I want you to say the first thing that comes to mind."
The psychologist shows the man the first image and he says, "sex."
The applicant is shown the 2nd inkblot and he says, "sex."
Again, when shown the third image, the applicant says, "sex."
This continues with every inkblot that the psychologist shows the applicant and the response is always, "sex."
At the conclusion of the inkblot test the psychologist tells the man, "Sir based on your responses to the images presented to you, I can say with a high degree of scientific certainty that you are obsessed with sex."
The applicant replies, "Not me doctor. I think that you have the problem. Those are your cards. I just told you what I saw on them."

They're also the biggest turtle and can weigh over half a ton and reach speeds of over 20 mph when swimming.
Living in Lowcountry waters where we frequently find alligators swimming at the beach, one of these leatherbacks can scare the crap out of you if you're surfing and they pop up their gigantic head within a few feet. Ask me how I know.
I went fishing for two weeks off the coast of Guerrero State in Mexico a few years ago.
We motored south for 10 miles before coming back. Swells were huge and surf was explosive with two hurricanes off the coast. We had the whole place to ourselves. I caught more fish in that one day than I had in years put together.
The turtles were mating just outside the surf line. Every 100 feet or so there were 2-4 turtles cavorting around each other. And maybe the same number just swimming around.
10 miles, 8 turtles per 100 feet, or 4000 turtles per mile. 40000 adult turtles in that section alone.
The panga crew said it was like this hundreds of miles up and down the coast. Millions of turtles.
