It's a "poors gun" I know, but it would shoot 1.25" to .650" when I do my part.

Now it's shooting 8" groups.

Changed scope and rings.
No change.

Took the DPMS SASS barrel off and swapped it with the BA Hanson profile. Barrel was torqued to 35 ft lbs.
No change.

Changed the muzzle device torqued to 18 ft lbs.
No change.

Only thing left I can see is BCG or the barrel nut or handguard.

I have a JP High Pressure Enhanced bolt on order but I am quickly getting to enough spare parts to build another LR-308.

Any ideas?

If performance changed very quickly with the original barrel, I'd look for something like a cracked barrel nut. How hard was it to remove the barrel nut when you swapped barrels? Also, 35 lb-ft is the low end of torque.
