I am trying to thread on a Innovative Arms 5/8x24 7.62 suppressor on my crusader (308), threads on fine til you get near shoulder. It gets hard to thread and big gap left. I don't want to force it, I assume GAP does good job threading... I've read articles about this, the answers were use washers, call manufacture bc they didn't cut threads right, etc. the thread protector fits all the way.... Fits no problem on my 300 blackout AR
Anyone have similar issue? What was solution ? I was gonna call GAP next week but too curious to wait that long.
