I am in for a small and maybe a large depending on price. As far as color or pattern I am flexible, just no solid black for me. I am assuming you are going to post what colors or patterns we will be able to pick from?

Mike, put me down for 2, MC or black or what ever useful pattern you come up with...........need these 2 for Infidels, overall length just under 34" supressed.

For those of you that may not know, Mike's bags are very good (yeah, the best). Have had (still have) several.

When there is a group buy like this, how do we pay for everything? Will each of us submit a payment to the seller through PayPal or something similar?

Definitely interested....and if we’re getting a good deal through a group buy I’m not going to be picky about a color/pattern, however I would like it to fit a 22-24” barreled rifle w/brake. I was searching the internet looking for your website so I could see some pictures of the bags that you offer and this is the only spot I could find for you guys https://www.tacticaloperations.com/ ....and I’m not trying to be rude but that website is not very informative nor laid out very well. If you don’t mind could you please provide some pictures so we could have a better idea of you guys offer. Thanks and I look forward to more information.

You need to measure the the OAL (Overall Length), as the various shooting platforms and chassis' available today make barrel length a poor method to determine what size case/drag bag someone needs. Tac Ops "SHORT" DBs' fit up to 43.0" OAL. "LONG" DBs' fit up to 50.0" OAL, and "XL" DBs' fit up to 62.0" OAL.

Please determine the OAL of your rifle(s), then edit your post to reflect what size Ranger Green DB you want. This will help me figure-out what Mike will need to sew, and I'll post a DB count post in this thread before I open the actual Group Buy.

As I said to sleeplz above, the various shooting platforms and chassis' available today make barrel length a poor method to determine what size case/drag bag someone needs. What you need is OAL (Overall Length). Tac Ops "SHORT" DBs' fit up to 43.0" OAL. "LONG" DBs' fit up to 50.0" OAL, and "XL" DBs' fit up to 62.0" OAL.

Maybe you'll like"Desert MARPAT":


Please determine the OAL of your rifle(s), then edit your post to reflect what size (and color/pattern) DB you want. This will help me figure-out what Mike will need to sew, and I'll post a DB count post in this thread before I open the actual Group Buy.

As soon as I get a good gauge of the colors, patterns, and quantity of Bags needed for this Group Buy Mike will order the required rolls of 1000D needed for the Bags. Solid colors OD Green Green, Ranger Green, and Coyote Brown will be available, but Black will only be offered if a minimum of 10 bags are requested. MultiCam, MultiCam Black, and Digicam are the available patterns, but Mike had a request for a tanish digital pattern I believe to be "Desert MARPAT".

POTENTIAL PATTERNS ARE the"3-Color Desert Camo" of the 90s', "Kryptek Highlander", "Rhodesian Brush Stroke", "A-TACS", "Woodland Camo", Vietnam Tiger Stripe", and a tanish desert pattern which I think is "Desert MARPAT". I don't have an AXMC, but my X-Ray 66 has an OAL of 49" and there's 1.0" to spare so I think a "LONG" will work for you. (Tac Ops LONG" DBs' fit up to 50." OAL). An XL (fits up to 62.0" OAL and seems like it would be overkill).

Mike isn't interested in making cases that carry two of anything, so you're out-of-luck there. I usually avoid Chi-com stuff, but I do have the "Deluxe" version of Voodoo's two rifle AR case. It has closed cell padding, good storage, and room for bipods and mags. It isn't Tac Ops quality but it's fine as a range bag.

The good news is that MultiCam Black will be offered. if you're interested in a DB or DBs', please measure the the OAL (Overall Length) of your rifle(s) to determine what size case/drag bag someone needs. Tac Ops "SHORT" DBs' fit up to 43.0" OAL. "LONG" DBs' fit up to 50.0" OAL, and "XL" DBs' fit up to 62.0" OAL.

I spoke to Mike - he's going to see if he can get them, but he needs a commitment of 10 DBs' (cumulative) of any special pattern before he'll order the fabric. Mike's gotten stiffed and stuck with fabric before...
