Just watched a- not sure what to qualify it as but a series of videos on YouTube with my teen daughter, very enlightening.
So location is Portland OR , time frame is current, some of you may be aware that Portland has had over 200 nights of mostly peaceful protests complete with camp fires and handholding sing a longs .
it seems one asshole in particular thinks he’s above the law with his electric scooter that is below the speed limit and watt range to qualify it as a vehicle so no need for helmet, tags, registration ect.
He is making the roads and streets of Portland so unsafe and being such a nuisance and scoff law that county and city police have stopped him like 60 times to enquirer about his lack of helmet and plate ect. Very glad to see this type of grass roots level protecting and serving and truly making the streets safe for the peaceful protests. It’s refreshing to say the least. Thinking that the laws don’t apply to him; what an asshole.
