Gold star if you can help answer this one!

Hey All,

Here's my situation. I have on my AR a YHM TJ midlength forearm with no rail section on the bottom. It has a small piece at the front but I want to add a piece so i can move my forgrip back a bit closer to the mag-well.

I am in need of a 4in (or so) piece of picatinny rail where the drilled cut outs for the bolts match up with the holes on my YHM TJ forearm. I need an aluminum piece (instead of polymer) for strength since ill be mounting my foregrip to it.

Will this need to be machined custom somewhere or do any of you know of someone/somewhere online i can order this from?

from a rough estimate it looks like the YHM TJ holes are about 1 5/16 inches from center to center.

if someone can help with this it would be so freakin cool.

Buy a cheap Remington weaver flat rail and cut it to length and drill your holes just a idea there's got to be a rail you can modify to fit easily
