I tried to do a search but it seems to not like sentences
I'm honest to goodness new at trying long range shooting. I have always used .17 and .22 with low power scopes and not more than 100 yard shots.
I just purchased a Tikka T3 Tactical Scout model in .308 and a friend is going to sell me his 5x-15 bushnell.
My question is do I zoom all the way to 15x to sight in at say 200 yards? If I do, will the shot be off if I zoom out to say 10x and take the same shot off a rest?
fyi, I would try myself but i haven't picked up the rifle yet. I was very interested in shooting 300-600 yards to learn more about shooting.
I did a couple google searches and got mixed information, mainly most are saying it should stay zero'd unless the scope is cheap? Is this bushnell too cheap for the gun?
Thanks for your time
