Groups odd

My groups are all the same but weird.
REM 700 AAC
308
ZEISS Conquest
Using MDT XRS Chassis and original overmold stock (same results)
168g BTHP. My loads and factory match.
First round 3-4 inch low. Next 2 on top of each other. (100 yds)
Every time. Cold/warm/hot bbl -same result.
String after string. Waiting couple minutes between shots doesn’t change result.
MDT thought maybe stock wasn’t seated with recoil lug. I adjusted per their direction. No change. Switched to factory stock and same result. If scope was broken I’d think pattern wouldn’t be consistant like this.
I’m stuck. Ideas?

The easiest thing to eliminate is the scope if you have another one. Check all mounts while doing so.

If you don’t pick the rifle up between groups does it still do this? Something is slipping when the rifle is moved and reseating after the first shots recoil.

Rifle isn’t moved between shots.
I did check all mount screws. Guess I’ll swap scope and see.

Have not. I’ll switch scopes and see if it fixes it.

I'd try a larger shot group. Say 20 rounds.
It is weird, for sure.

No need to change scopes, just give the dials a spin and see what happens. POI will change, see if the pattern changes . A larger sample size will tell the tale .
