Hi guys wondering if anyone has used the bifrost yet or even fondeld it ? Looking at it for future prodgect . looks to bevarry adjustable and light in comparison to other options . would a krg bravo bebetter vs bifrost with wyatt dbm?

maybe it's just me but i just cant get behind any of their products. they look funny and i didnt understand the ergos
They seem funny to me also but I’ve been told to try them out and see how they feel. Haven’t had the chance because I don’t personally know anyone that owns one......Which makes me wonder if there’s a reason for that.
I haven't tried the Bifrost but I have a Berserk and three laminate GRS stocks. They are awesome and I think people would really like them versus everything needing to be a 5 pound AICS compatible chassis. Yes, the ergos look a little funny but THEY WORK. Super comfortable to shoot, point and hold. Accuracy is phenomenal with the guns I have in them. Isn't that what a good stock is for?
The Berserk/Bifrost is nice because it requires zero maintenance or bedding. It already has built-in pillars. The laminate stocks are gorgeous works of art. I bedded them myself which (I think) is very straightforward with a Tikka T3.
The Bifrost has a lot of adjustability that the Bersek doesn't have if you need it. It also comes in a couple different colors. I would absolutely try one out if you're interested.

I held a pre-production Bifrost. It was 8/10 for me because of the adjusting hardware. The metal adjusting hardware on the laminate and Berserk stocks is nicer (though heavier). Overall, the features of the Bifrost make it very nice.
Though the ergos are not built to be as neutral as many other stocks, they work well.

I know this is an older thread but can't find any info anywhere on whether or not the Bifrost will support an M24 Contour, or if it will accommodate a Bighorn TL3. Sent an e-mail to GRS and some of their retailers and crickets.
I've tried a Berserk. Ergos are very user dependent. I shoot with my thumb on the right side typically on a shelf; the GRS will not allow you to do that easily. You have to grip the GRS with a traditional grip. I didn't like the feel of it, but I could see how some users would definitely like it.
I recently purchased the grs warg and I own several defferent chassis like them all but my new warg is the cats meow! I have plans to build up another one they are that nice.Really lite weight with awesome ergonomics and balance.I think we don't hear much about them because they are fairly new but give it some time and we will hear more from the shooting community how nice they are.Try to find some one at your range and feel it for your self you will be impressed.They are priced well for what you get .
The GRS inlet will accommodate pretty much any barrel profile there could be. It's pretty wide. It will also accommodate a barrel nut up to the width of the receiver itself.

Haven't actually been able to get my hands on any of them yet, at the ranges around here everything's KRG, MPA, Manners, MDT, McMillan, Grayboe, APO and the factory proprietaries of AI, Bergara, Ruger, Tikka, Savage, Howa but no GRS yet. I have heard a lot of good things about the Berserk and the Warg but from the description and what I've seen on their site the Bifrost pretty much would fit the bill of regular usage for me when I go to the range as long as it fits the TL3 with the lug cutout and can accommodate the M24 Bartlein.
What are your opinions regarding...

Different stock, but they seem to suggest that the build quality's no good.
Add all of that to the no response from GRS and the retailer and I'm back to the original plan with the KRG, I also love the McMillan adjustable A3-5 but I don't want to have to have it bedded this time, the Magpul Pro 700 folder is also an option I'm considering at this point.
No response from GRS and what retailer? I've had no trouble getting responses from GRS or Eurooptic. What was the question?
In regards to fitment of the stock, I'm glad you received answers from them I'll be looking elsewhere henceforth. I'm also grateful for Edsel's comment, had overlooked that thread but since the Bifrost is basically a pimped out Beserk and those reports are a little concerning I'll be going with either the KRG or a Manners on this one. Those I know they are good to go without adding bedding and they are responsive, Massoud from KRG is on this forum all the time and I can even drive to Mile High Shooting and ask questions from the retailer in person.

Hey SonicBurlap, EuroOptic sent me your questions Sunday Morning and I replied this morning. I believe Euro runs a skeleton crew on Monday's, just in case you don't hear from them today. here is my reply;
"The Bifrost will fit with regard to the Action, barrel and trigger your customer has listed. The bottom metal inlet for the Bifrost is for a BDL, fitting will be required in order to use PTG AICS bottom metal.
Bedding is not required. the entire action section is made of 65% fiberglass composite it is very rigid and very stable (no pillars).

That thread is worthless, of the 10 or so posts across four people, only two of them seem to have touched a GRS stock. So many people here are die hard chassis fans and nothing else is going to live up to that standard. This business with "forearm flex" is so overblown, sure grab the barrel and forearm and squeeze HARD and be shocked when there is some flex. The whole point of free floating the barrel is so that we don't care about a tiny amount of theoretical flex in the forearm. It sure doesn't seem to hurt the accuracy of my guns and the deer agree.
I also dispute the notion that the pricing is similar. The Bifrost, for example, is $520 from Eurooptic. Someone price me out a McMillan or Manners with the same amount of adjustability and tell me what the price is. It will NOT be in the $500 range. Last I checked it was much closer to $1,000.

Just installed my GRS warg stock on my tikka t3. It melts into you. Ugly as shit but the ergo s are as good or better than my tikka 595 master sporter It is a very European look but it just fits like no other.
Well, I can tell you that the Bifrost, built for a Bergara B14HMR action does not work on a R700 with a M5 badger profile...
The front cut out had to be ground out another 1/4" and the trigger/mag well sits to low on the back end.
Luckily I got a very good deal on this...Thinking I will keep it and pick up a B14Rimfire action for it.

My most comfortable stock/chassis.
It's rigid and a pleasure to use.
Some may be disturbed by It's lack of metal components.
Meh, cannot please everyone.
Prone, sitting, kneeling, standing, it's just a pleasure to use.
Ergonomics on it are great. For the price, it's well worth it.
I personally have no regrets/dislikes at all.

My Bifrost doesn't have this issue - there's actually a subtle thumb shelf for a same-side placement - it doesn't jump out visually at first glance, and might be slightly higher than some are used to ... so you could also miss it tactile-ly if you just picked up the stock in a fairly casual grip. However, it's there, and I've found it's more than enough.
As for the traditional grip - the Bifrost actually runs your thumb up and over at an angle, pointing it up, rather than curling it across as in a traditional hunting stock. I find this grip anything other than traditional, and the offset grip and palm swell mean that the thumb and bones of the forearm feel like they are lined up almost perfectly with the rifle's bore, rather than off to one side.
Just added a Magpul bipod to my Bifrost...... pure bliss.

That’s exactly the setup I was looking at it for the B14R. When you get it please post about it. To me, it comes down to all the adjustments you can make with the GRS stocks for the price.

500$ is a banger.. that's around 460euro.. i paid 689euro / 746$ for my Bifrost back in 2020. Until today.. regular price point here in Germany.

Thought of trading it in for an MDT XRS Chassis, but then got a clear mind again.... Nothing to complain about for my use. The Bifrost does the job more than good.
7.2kg / 15.8pounds with CTR system and silencer. As good as no recoil with it.
Whenever you can get a Bifrost for your rifle for about 500$>> Go for it, this stock won't disappoint you.

I don’t own one, but have shot them supporting Tikka’s 6.5 Creedmoor and 223 over 100 rounds between the 2 rifles.
a good solid feel and very “natural” in the shoulder. Throughly enjoy using them. Not prepared to swop out my Oryx or Tac A1.
The only possible Con i could see was the inability to shoot from the left shoulder, due to the 6 degree sweep of the grip.

Made a little update for my GRS Bifrost.
I always wanted a shooting bag that can be mounted to the stock, something that guys with an Arca Swiss rail can easily do.
So I thought of how could I make this for the Bifrost happen.
The answer is:
Buy two Atlas BT80 picatinnyrails. Those have the needed QD mount included and fit the Bifrost screw pattern.
Sand down the M-Lok part and sand down half the material beneath the QD mount to fit the Bifrost shape.
Than paint the rails again, mount them and drill a hole through the stock where the QD mounts will be, cause they have not enough space.
Then stitch a bag.. mine is 17cm long and 19cm wide. This provides enough lateral support and will perfectly fit beween mag and bipod.
The front is connected with slings and QD swivels, the rear is connected with a strap and buckle, strap lays over system and under scope.
Now I only have to test it.
