Rifle Scopes H-59 or G2

Since its for a gas gun I would go with the H59 for holdovers and rapid engagements. You're going to have a lot of people on here that really dislike the Horus Reticles. Ive played with the H59 on a SB and it wasn't as cluttered to me like most people say. But, to each their own......

H-59 or G2

I use the tremor2 reticle. It really boils down to your needs for the scope.. I know I wanted/needed the tremor2 because it's going with me on deployments. It's made to rapidly engage targets within 610meters with great (not perfect) accuracy, especially with wind.

If this isn't your need then you can do better elsewhere. Are you set on te Horus vs g2 only?

Could you list your needs vs wants and tell us what magnification and if you want Ffp/sfp ?

Thanks for the input everyone!
First of all GhengisAhh 175,Im not deploying. This is a local match gun only.
I was thinking G2 because it was a gas gun,G2 would acquire faster and the rifle was probably only going to be 1.5-2 moa anyway.I was wrong!
I have a few Rock Rivers and this one has proved to be as accurate as the rest. After 10 rounds or so to zero and get dope out to 600 yds. The
rifle is already grouping around 10" at 650 yds. with 168 Sierras. Its going to be worth a reticle broken into .2 at least on the hash marks. I like holdovers
as opposed to dialing.
I have an HDMR H-59 now on a bolt gun and like it a lot.
Still....input welcome!
Thanks

Plus one more on the H59. I just stumbled across an 3.5-21x HDMR with the H58 (one of the original AD Military Only sales they did when they first came out) which is essentially the same reticle grid minus some small differences. Learned it in about 2 hours and will be using it at a comp next weekend-love it. And since you already are familiar with the reticle and how it can be deployed on movers and shot correction....why create a learning curve for yourself?
