I have recently started loading for my 308. I have a load that I am very happy with. I am getting 1/4 MOA cold bore and subsequent rounds.

I expect my suppressor to get out of Form 4 jail within a month.

While I know the point of impact will shift with the suppressor, will my load still be tight?

In one range session with the suppressor, the point of impact shifted straight down with factory ammo. I wasn't hand loading yet.

Anyone have experience with and without using the same load?

I reload for my .308 as well and shoot suppressed all the time. In my experience, I have not noticed a change in my groups suppressed v non-suppressed. I do manage to get more poi than I like but I do not see my accuracy being affected. I am not a 1/4 moa shooter either. I manage 1/2 at this point. Take that for what it's worth.

I'm shooting savage .308
Factory brass
CCI 200 primer
44 grains of varget
Sierra MK HPBT
.002 off the lands.

I just started reloading and haven't yet gotten to test my loads. But with manufactured ammo chiefly FGMM .175 and SW Ammo .175 I do get a POI shift as well. It is repeatable and the same shift with each brand. I don't have my book handy but it's in the neighborhood of .4 mil left and .2 mil down. Also the groups are as tight regardless of the status of the suppressor. Rifle is a GAP built 700 and an AAC Cyclone can.

A quality can should give you a minor, but repeatable, POI shift and if anything should help tighten up your groups. That's been my experience with AWC and ThunderBeast products with factory and handloads.
