"5-25+ magnification
Nominal 50mm - 56mm objective sizes are preferred
Nominal 34mm - 36mm and larger tube sizes are preferred

reticle in the first focal plane
provide urgent self-defense for the sniper if he must defend himself at close ranges. This is hereinafter termed “<span style="font-weight: bold">Miniature Reflex Sight</span>
Single Turn Turret
must have Zero Stops
<span style="font-weight: bold">shall have a lockable elevation turret</span>
internal reticle illumination as an option
Slope Angle indicators (inclinometers) and cant indicators should also be priced as separate options"

I've read the document in its entirety and there is nothing off the shelf that matches it completely (to my knowledge, at least).

Custom scopes are being made according to the specs. I'm anxious to see what they'll go with in the end.

Also, did you notice the peragraph that requires the whole SYSTEM to be submersible to 66 feet for 2 hours???

AFAIK either the premier or the S&B is submersible to 10m
