I've been reading the gospels for a few weeks now, and it's been cool to read them straight through and get a better sense of how it all went. So thankful that we have such a Risen Savior. All of the 11 died professing the Name of Jesus and the works he had done and his teachings. People don't give their lives for a lie, and they don't spend their lives telling others for it either.

We can buy into all the things of this world, but we will leave them when we die. There is an afterlife. Christ has made the way. I know that not everyone here believes that, some don’t understand it, but after more than a few decades on this rock in some countries that no one has on their bingo card to go to, I can assure everyone that He is real and He is willing to receive us all, no matter what we have done if we accept Him and repent. That’s love. Between the anger of my past and the frustrations of life Christ was the only one that provided peace. I still think about those things but they keep getting more distant and He provides more peace. I sincerely hope everyone finds the same in Him that He offers.
