Yep, looking into this further.. individual to trust has to be a paper form 4 submission. Who cares really how long approval takes because you already have possession of the item.

Precisely. $200 in 1934 is equivalent to about $5000 today.
That will be the new transfer tax after the Dems get their next turn at running things into the ground .

I have already heard/read people suggesting this approach. Adjusted for dollar value. And I can see it being floated and some people accepting it... "sounds logical" etc.

I did a couple of person to person transfers. One took 13 months and the second took 15 months. Both were sent in the same envelope.
Paper forms take a long time.
