The Wyoming State Junior & High School Rodeo Championships are being held in Newcastle this weekend.
One of the events is shooting sports (NRA Light Rifle). This is the second year in a roll I got the pleasure in running these matches.
Now I've been firearm instructing for 40 years or so, I've dealt with military, Law Enforcement, civilians, men and women, 4H and Boy Scouts.
Without a doubt these rodeo kids are the best I've dealt with, they are safe, attentive, polite, and all in all a great bunch of kids to be around.
I hope I get to do it again next year.
