Hornady has the most incredible customer service. I broke a part on my Lock-N-Load AP Powder Measure and Case Activated Powder Drop. I called them up and within a couple of minutes they are sending me not just one, but also a spare at no cost to me! I love this company!!! This is how American manufacturing companies should stand behind their product. They have won my loyalty for good.
