CIA has left the drug game and is focusing mainly on cyber warfare. The DEA has taken over the drug trafficking game.

As much as I would love to see legalization of everything, cartels are the main sources of income in LatAm. Without that money, expect insane amounts of immigration north. We need to find a way to allow mass manufacturing of these illicit materials south of the border and have licensed entrepreneurial individuals / companies resell in the US market.

That way we can encourage globalism / increase US influence in that area / obtain product for cheap. Limiting the entities that can sell in the American market will enable profitable oligopolies that I can invest in.
